3. Offers and Prices

The subscription plans and their prices are those displayed on the subscriptions page at the time of the order.

Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

4. Order and Payment

Orders are placed from the customer area. Payment is made in a single instalment, at the time of the order, by bank card via Stripe or via PayPal.

Banking data is processed directly by these payment service providers. It does not pass through the website and is not stored by the seller. A confirmation email is sent to the customer.

5. Duration, No Automatic Renewal

The subscription gives access to all content for the chosen period, one month or one year, from the date of payment.

It is not renewed automatically: no payment is taken when it expires. A customer who wishes to extend their access takes out a new plan.

6. Access to Content

Access is opened as soon as payment is confirmed. It is personal and reserved for the customer’s private use. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.

The customer must have, at their own expense, an internet connection and a compatible device.

7. Right of Withdrawal

For a contract concluded at a distance, the consumer in principle has a period of fourteen days in which to withdraw.

In accordance with article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and after the consumer has expressly waived their right of withdrawal.

At the time of payment, the customer requests immediate access to the content and acknowledges that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal, by ticking the box provided for this purpose. If this box is not ticked, the order cannot be validated.

8. Refunds

Independently of the right of withdrawal, a refund may be granted in the cases provided for in the refund policy, in particular in the event of a double payment or of an unresolved technical problem preventing access to the content, upon a request sent within seven days following the purchase.

10. Liability

The recipes and techniques are provided for educational purposes. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the composition of the ingredients they use with regard to their allergies or intolerances.

The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance reasons or in the event of force majeure.

11. Intellectual Property

In accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a customer who is a consumer may have recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable solution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction in accordance with the ordinary rules of law.

A consumer who resides in another Member State of the European Union retains the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

15. Language

These Terms are drawn up in French and translated into the other languages of the website. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version shall prevail.
